GENERAL SUBMISSION TERMS

By submitting your project, script, or related materials to Whittaker Lemberg Productions Ltd, you agree to the following terms:

1. CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE

We treat all submissions as confidential.

• We will not disclose your material to any third party outside Whittaker Lemberg Productions Ltd without your prior consent, except as required for legal or regulatory purposes.
• We will not use your submission for any project, production, or purpose without your explicit permission.
• By submitting, you acknowledge that any ideas, concepts, or scripts remain your intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• You retain all copyright, moral rights, and other intellectual property rights in your submission.
• We acquire no rights to your material simply by receiving it.
• Any use, option, or agreement to produce your material will be subject to a separate written agreement.

3. REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES

By submitting, you confirm that:

• You are the original author or authorised representative of the work.
• The work does not infringe any third-party rights.
• You have the right to grant access to us for consideration.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While we treat submissions seriously:

• We cannot guarantee any production, funding, or response.
• We are not liable for loss, disappointment, or other consequences arising from submission.

DECLARATIONS (MANDATORY)

I confirm that I am the original author of the material being submitted or have authority to submit on behalf of the author(s).

I retain full ownership of the intellectual property and copyright in my submission. I understand that Whittaker Lemberg Productions Ltd will treat my submission confidentially and will not use it without my written permission.

I acknowledge that submission does not guarantee production, funding, or any commercial agreement.

I accept that no rights are transferred to Whittaker Lemberg Productions Ltd unless a separate written agreement is signed.

I consent to the processing of my personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR.
